Economic Impact Website
As a nonprofit entity, Carnegie Mellon University is always eager to share information about its significant benefit to the local, regional and state economies. When the most recent economic impact report was released, the university asked me to write content for a multi-page website devoted to telling that story in a way that would appeal to numerous audiences, including community leaders and the media. I worked with SMEs across various departments to ensure that all perspectives were considered, and I collaborated with designers to craft infographics for the most vital figures. The client was extremely pleased with the way the friendly, engaging narrative highlighted the university's positive contributions to the economy.
